  • Hey Ben, I was just wondering why do you draw with illustrator then switch to photoshop for the coloring? I'm just curious, why don't you just do the coloring in illustrator? Is it better for color separation to do the coloring in photoshop?

P.S love your stuff on the new Drop Dead line mang.

  • @FeculentSplatter Thank you mate. In-fact I do both. I often colour in Illustrator and often colour in photohop. It depends on how I want the brush to handle because I feel Illustrator is very clean but photoshop can offer a bit more grit.....the brushes handle differently with a tablet. In illustator and photoshop (when designing for clothing) I always just start a new layer with each new colour I pick so separation is never really an issue. Thanks for your questions mate!
