Here's a quick demonstration of Burnout Paradise: The Ultimate Box running on the new aluminum "unibody" MacBook Pro. I was able to get the best combination of graphics and gameplay at a 1400x900 resolution, 4x antialiasing, high quality textures, and medium quality shadows. The computer is the low-end MBP model, sporting a dual-core 2.4GHz processor and 2GB memory, along with a Nvidia GeForce 9600m GT graphics card.

  • @GTAMenn2 Actually, when you connect an Xbox 360 controller to the computer, it makes the interface compatible with the controller. Lots of games do this. There's nothing fake about this.

  • ben trying to tell dumb pc fan boys that macbook pro can play games.

  • @ompakt What the hell are you talking about? Nothing you said made sense, Intel makes by far the most powerful processors, desktop and mobile, and there are Macbooks that can run Crysis on High settings with some over clocking. Macs aren't good gaming systems, but they're not that bad.

  • @nyckillaheat No one said macs can't game, they just can't game very well, especially considering the price. They run dangerously hot to the point of throttling and reduced part lfe span and Apple underclocks parts, that's why people say they don't game well.

  • @mbpUBgamer my friend he's trying to wind you up just ignore him.

  • @mbpUBgamer Would it do the same with a PS3 controller? Or is it an Xbox specific feature?

  • @nyckillaheat Pc fan boy ? Now i`v heard that too , If you check your mail , watch youtube , go on facebook , macs is an ideal thaught for you , however , if you want to run more advanced graphical games , go for a pc so you can unlock the gaming market . Macs dont to well for that, They are also highly over priced.

  • Macs are Ok for those who are students , kids, basically its ok for those who DONT PLAY GAMES , You can run shit on a Intel prosessor , and with 512 Mb of phys memory , your gonna crash with Crysis on LOW. SO ! If you watch youtube , go on facebook , and check your mail , Mac is a ideal thaught for you , if you how ever want to play more advanced graphical games , go for a pc so you can unlock the big gaming out there.

  • @captainclayman Uh , no , INTEL PROSESSORS JESUS ! Macs are LAPTOPS , They are ok for students , facebook(ers) , youtubers , but it does NOT fit the category for gaming

  • о программах записывающих происходящее на экране знаешь?

  • When I'm in the game, ridin' through Paradise City, how can I get back to main menu? The only way to get out of the game is to press cmd and Q...

When pressing escape you wont get an option to get back to main menu...

    Anyone who can help me?

  • @mbpUBgamer wow.... dumb asses like him. right?
