A truckload of pigs destined for slaughter pulled over at a truckstop in Maryland...full of bruised, cut, scraped and overcrowded pigs. I'm sure they never expected two animal rights activists, me and Anthony Marr, to be at the truckstop at that time. We were able to get up to the truck for photos when the driver went inside to eat.These photos exemplify the abusive and horrendous conditions that animals endure in transport within the "factory farm system".
