@MNightTomalan Yeah thats him all right. He seemed like he was completely in control in POTC 3. While "In the Loop", he is a pussy with a role reversal with this brilliant, feared Scottish PM Enforcer.

I love both shows but Malcolm Tucker versus Greg House clearly illustrates that the American idea of what constitutes a hard-ass sociopathic bastard is fucking limp-wristed flaccid fairy crap compared to the UK version. House is a puppy dog compared to this grisy Glaswegian hound of hell.
