Hye, i'll try to translate it, but i'm not able to translate everything (I'm french)
it starts with :
-"It's too late mike"
-"we have to talk"
-"why ? you'd like to learn how to use a watch ?"
-"where is this relationship going ?" (then he explains that their relationship is too complicated)
-Shes says something sarcastic and he reproaches her with being too sarcastic, he wonders why they always have to fight, why it couldn't be easier. Then they kiss
