No Escape: Prison Rape (A Documentary)

This is a short documentary I came across while researching a school project. It was made in 2001 and it tells the story of 17 year old Rodney Hullin, who committed suicide in a Texas prison after being physically and sexually assaulted several times. I hope it opens the eyes of many to the problems of abuse and violence in america's prisons today. It is not a very good quality video, but it will do.

I do not own this film. It was produced by Gabriel Films with funding from the Human Rights Watch. It has been shown to lobby efforts in preventing prison rape, as well as to train incoming police and prison officers.

Personally though I think this human rights bullshit is stupid. Prison should be the worst possible place someone could go aside from hell itself. These people chose to go against society and therefore have been outcast.

why do american's let prisoners run the prison, probably because they enjoy dicks in there ass....american prisons need to make there prisons more like the black dolphin prison in russia. theres no rape, stealing, or contraband, you will only have contact with one other inmate, each cell has a camera, each cell is constantly inspected, prisoners have no privacy and they should be given privacy. allowing one prisoner to rape another is giving the prisoner power and control.

@GodIsACosmicAsshole Idk about other units but my unit is harsher on us than the inmates . I know i try to be a model c.o and im not a jerk . I give respect and i get it back . Respect is deff earned on both ends in my field .
