Only about 15% of the energy from the fuel you put in your tank gets used to move your car down the road or run useful accessories, such as air conditioning. The rest of the energy is lost to engine and driveline inefficiencies and idling. Therefore, the potential to improve fuel efficiency with advanced technologies is enormous. With an Electric Car it costs just $1.00 per 100kms with MUCH more performance than with petrol at $20.00 per 100kms.

ELECTRIC VEHICLE 0-60 3.6 Seconds for $0.01 per mile! Beat that! Tzero Lead acid battery Electric Sports car beats a 5.7 V8 Corvette easily.

  • Ah the great thing about electric motor's... instant torque... as much as i love the sound of V8's i want a Tzero

  • So therefore you have a car that can be driven by coal, oil, nuclear power, hydropower, wind power, solar panels and all other forms of renewable energy, because all this can be turned into electricity. You also get a vehicle with considerably better power efficiency of 90% compared with 25-35% of today's internal combustion engine, and zero local emissions that will improve the environment, especially in cities and densely populated areas ... and as with everything else ...technology goes on!

  • petrol : 80% heat 20% power to move

Electric motor(brushless) 90% power to move 6% to heat and 4% to controller

Electric cars are heavy due batterys

But wtf? if electric car has same weight same power in kw,

electric car would win without any questions 0-max rpm all the time it has its full power

petrol engines cant even run under -700Rpm cuz they need inerts to do another round,

Electric will lead us to the future...

  • @sapper422 P.S. if you don't believe me on the power of hydrogen look up the power of the hydrogen bomb... massive destructive abilities

  • @dogeatme yes hydrogen is everywhere what they don't tell you is how unstable it is, its very dangerous BMW tried to release a hydrogen fuel powered car but didn't take off cause of how much it is to produce one, it takes a special fuel cell, and if ruptured would cause a catastophic explosion (my spelling sucks bare with me) and to make hydrogen you have to pass high electrical current through water to seperate the the oxygen from the hydrogen atoms.... so great in theory yes! practical... no

  • @dogeatme WTF do you know about battery manufacture? LOL

Look your entire argument is flawed! Hydrogen fuel cell powered cars from Honda and Lexus are $1 Million prototypes. There is no economical manufacturing method for automotive fuel cells. Then you must add a pressure vessel inside the vehicle able to hold the hydrogen at a constant 5,000 psi, and hydrogen explodes when it comes into contact with air.

At the end of the day a hydrogen fuel cell car is a battery powered EV anyways...

  • @tsport100 Now compare that energy used to break apart hydrogen to the energy used to create a battery, send a battery to a factory then to throw away the battery. Those batteries aint easy to make, ship and simple throw away.

  • @dogeatme Hydrogen is an energy CARRIER not an energy source and does NOT exist on-it's-own ANYWHERE in nature. Energy has to be expended to SEPARATE it before it can be used.... it's ridiculously energy inefficient.

  • @sapper422 Even though eletric is the way to go, wouldn't hydrogen be a better alternative? Eletricity still comes from un-renewable resources while hydrogen is practically everywhere. Soon enough with technology moving faster by the second storing it would be a breeze, compared to a few decades ago... and the only emission is water!!!!

  • did you record this with a dildo??

  • which pixel was the Tzero?

  • Both are pathetic compared the Wrightspeed X1.
