Susan Boyle is not "ugly" ... "Ugly" is when someone is truly unpleasant to look at. Susan Boyle is merely "plain" ... she is not beautiful to look at, but she is not at all unpleasant to look at, either. I really wish people would quit calling her "ugly" because she does not deserve that, nor does she deserve the potential psychological damage that that term can inflict.
