I made a large magnesium ribbon and carbon battery to run the Bedini Earth Light and the perfomance was outstanding. The core of the battery is a common carbon water filter element.

  • tnx for experimenting with different coal materials. could you please post a link to the used charcoal filter/product. would help to pick up the exact one here in europe.

  • @gerhardusmaximus ----Do google search for: "Carbon water filter cartridge". Someone over there will stock it. They are a pretty common item world wide.

  • what if you added a joule thief to it?

  • @Iseekoutthetruth -----It runs a Joule Thief just fine. It will run all kinds of things.

  • Compressed carbon has negative resistance. Research Dr. Deborah Chung work. They use this technology in classified projects.

  • Are you adding a salt water electrolyte to the battery ? Or some other thing. Or is it simply running off damp air, or the wet felt ? Thanks.

  • great job !!

  • No, no, thank you. I trully appreciate your work. You bring together concepts from awseome contributors add your own geniuos and make it understandable to lay people.Only the people help the people.

You may not see it as such, but you are a knight of the Paladin variety. One of many, and the beauty is that you among your brethren seek to give and not profit.

    Thank you very much,
