  • I wear my poppy with pride...it is hard to watch when they bring them home in this way...so young, so brave, to keep some sort of peace so we can continue with our lives, etc....John Mcdernott has a song...Bringing Buddy Home...it says it all...God bless fhe fallen soldier....

    Hugs

    dar

  • It is so very sad to watch the draped coffins bringing the soldiers home because they are all so young & it's just such a tragic waste of life. We must always remember that they are someone's son, husband, brother, boyfriend, & that they have lost someone precious to them. It sickens me to hear of people making derogatory remarks about our troops & I was particularly disgusted at the bahaviour of the Celtic fans who interrupted the minute's silence. Totally despicable & unforgivable behaviour.

  • I agree, wear your poppy with pride x a splendid tribute x x x

  • GOOD will over do evil and that is why we will triumph in the lord, one day the sun will shine on us all as one,FREEDOM
