Don't let the devil rape your mind!

Just so you know, I'm not against TV. But really about 90% of it is laced with evil straight from the pit of Hell! My friend once said, what direction do we arrange our living rooms? Yes, that's right towards the TV. Let's make sure it has not become an idol in our homes and that is used for the glory of God. That goes for music and internet too. Set no evil thing before your eyes! Jesus is coming soon, so don't waste your time!

I agree with your video... I have discovered the closer I get to Jesus the hard Satan tries to get in to my dreams, I ask Jesus every night before I go to bed to keep Satan out of my dreams. Plus I have put on the parental controls on my TV so 95% of the filth is blocked. The closer you are to Jesus the harder satan works to corupt your mind, body and soul.... If we ask Jesus to protect us, then Satan has no choice but to leave us alone... God Bless you sweetheart...

TV is one of the most effective tools of the enemy. Multitudes are being brainwashed with it and our society is slipping further away from God as a result. As with all of Satan's traps, TV is a sharp hook wrapped in an attractive bait. The more we indulge in it, the deeper the hook sinks. Sadly, most of us have been given it to chew on since we were infants and thus a way without it seems almost impossible.

To SO many it is an idol, and a very powerful addiction. Choose the right way!

Hi Reyna,... maybe you already do this, but each night right before I go to bed I try to spend of few minutes reading Scriptures. Devotionals are good, but the pure Word of God is MORE powerful as a protection. Think about the verse(s), or better yet, say a verse out loud. Ask the Lord to remind you of this verse when you wake up. Yes, God is AMAZINGLY faithful...and an ever- present loving protector of our mind, heart and soul. God bless, - x0x Tom

My hubby didn't like TV and since I get closer to God, I don't have time to watch TV. I just plainly think that instead of wasting time at the front of TV, it's better if I read the Bible or watch Bible movies. As for my son, I blocked him from Dora, Diego, Teletubbies etc. I bought children Bible Movie, like VeggieTales and DVD Read and Share Bible to introduce him to the presence of the Lord. Cannot stand with the TV programs these days. Non of it glorified the Lord.
