Sleep Parade's Every Day from their debut album, Things Can Always Change.

I knew nothing about this band before I saw them play at a Butterfly Effect concert. I had their new album in my hand the very next opportunity, and hopefully this song will inspire more people to get it, it's absolutely top notch.

Enjoy!

  • The prog rock bands Australia is churning out is simply amazing...what a movement. I want to move there tomorrow just to experience this as it happens.

  • @rjbarde Man, i could not agree more... Suddenly Australia is spawning the most incredible prog... I don't know where it's come from!! I'm sure you know of them but if not check out Karnivool... the album Sound Awake is already one of the biggest albums in my collection

  • We know how to rock on Oz! Dead Letter Circus is another great prog rock band from Oz.

  • @MrTMincks The first time I heard The Butterfly Effect was on the radio. o_o

  • At first I was pissed that the intro was so long, but then the song actually started and it was well worth it. Wow. Awesome song.

  • Totally agree Auz prog is primo! Only wish COG was still around!

  • @MrTMincks I agree. Mainstream music sucks! I've come across some great bands in the last 2 yrs. Amplifier, A great Prog Rock band from Britain, And So I watch You From Afar, An Awesome Post Rock band from Belfast, The Dear Hunter, Lunatic Soul and The Mayan Factor. Do check out Steve Wilson's new release "Grace For Drowning" It is some of his finest work.

  • These bands have definitely refueled my inspiration for music. Unique sound has been hard to come by lately for me. I've stopped listening to main stream bands you hear on the radio and have been searching for originality. The Butterfly Effect, Dead Letter Circus and Sleep Parade are now my favorite bands to listen to. Thank you Australia!

  • extreemly underated

  • @gibbonclaw Yo, hadn't listened to this song in a while. Stopped in today to have a listen and noticed that there are 0 dislikes with 10K+ views. Says something about the quality of this song/band.

  • As soon as I heard this I imagined Karnivool. Much to my delight I see they're from Aus as well. The early riff reminds me of 'Spiders' by SOAD as well. This shows promise along with Butterfly Effect.
