Brioche con Gelato may sound simple and in some ways it is. As Lincoln Restaurant's Pastry Chef Richard Capizzi descibes it, it's just an ice cream sandwich. Ha! This gorgeous creation pairs brioche with blackberries and then mixes in different chocolates including one flavored with pepper. It's a perfect end to a meal at Jonathan Benno's stunning restaurant at Lincoln Center.
