Ride along in the Twist Machine paddle shifted company car running in the Motor State Challenge. The event was held at Gingerman Raceway. Powered by a carbureted 406, the Twist Camaro shifts by way of a Bowler Transmissions 4L65E electronic automatic with a Compushift transmission controller and Twist Machine Shrifter® paddle shifter. Coupling the engine and transmission is a Twist Machine/Pro Torque MuscleDrive™ lock up torque converter. Be sure to listen to the engine note for engine braking as well as follow the tach and speedo. Thanks for looking!
Is the lag between shift at the paddle and trans due to any part of the system or is it in the transmission itself?
