Well, our old camera van only collected a few hundred thousand pounds in revenue so we thought this time why not go the whole hog and squeeze hard working taxpaying citizens for every last penny- Set up road checks -sometimes unlawfully obstructing the highway but what the hell- confiscate cars and property, damage cars and property, harrassing and intimidating everyday people, and just generally being a nuisance- I say nuisance because sometimes people are completely innocent of all wrongdoing and we impound their vehicle and even arrest them. Why not? We're allowed. Well, I suppose we have to make money for the expansion of our Police State powers and equipment somehow. What better place to keep it all than in this Pimped up van with stolen martini colours. Law? Forget it! We make it up as we go along obviously.
