"As far as I am concerned, any so called pastor who makes more than what he actually needs to sustain a pious, humble life is a fraud..PERIOD!! Any one that makes millions is a fraud. & jesus did say, "blessed are the poor, they shall inheret the kingdom of god"

That says it all right there. This is a belief issue. We believe God wants you not only to be saved but also live life more abundantly, where you feel we need to live life more humbly. I prefer abundant living. Thanks.

20/20 was completely wrong for this report...however, Fred Price is definitely a wicked crook. 20/20 took the incorrect quotes to make their points.

@adambaumen did you even look at the whole sermon? or know why what happened happened? of course not, because if you did you would of realized that Dr. Price was talking about a HYPOTHETICAL situation to highlight the misrepresentation of what society dubs as "successful" meaning that material success is just that materialistic.

And if you listen to the lesson clearly, you will notice that he is giving an example not stating that he owns those things. Jealousy really is an ugly thing! so is ignorance!

Stossel has a republican agenda. Any one in the black community that tries to unify blacks, racists like Stossel comes after them. They did the same thing to Rev Wright too. Whites have taught blacks for years that you will be poor , suffer and toil your whole life, but you will recieve your reward after death. God did not put us on this earth to suffer. We suffer at the hands of mankind, not God.

I'm also doing a Lesson locally uncovering many of the hidden messages in the 'holy bible'. Proverbs 4:7 says 'wisdom is the principle thing, therefore get wisdom, and with all thy getting, get understanding'....and Hosea 4:6 says 'my people are destroyed for the lack of knowledge..' This unfortunately is why people look to Fred Price, Creflo Dollar and other 'men of god' even though Apollonius of Tyana [jesus christ] said in John 10:34 'Is it not written in your law that I said Ye are gods?'
