I have one, 10" SS ball, top roller, 1..0" teflon, bottom 1.65"nylon. getting 1-2" sparks. It WAS getting 10" when it had a top roll of PVC, 2" and bottom of 1.5" nylon covered PVC. Changed to solid teflon top and solid nylon bottom and now practically nothing. What is your set up. Mine looks to be abou the same size but now I can't figure out what to try next. Is it necessary to have fat rollers as I read once. Please reply to Bojab@yahoo.com thanks... keith

What are you using for a belt? I usually use rubber, the top speed is lower but the charge seems to build better. check the bearings to make sure they are not leaking grease/oil onto the belt or rollers. Also if humidity is above 30-40% the performance drops significantly. I have a PVC top roller and a nylon bottom roller and I used a rubber belt while filming the video.
