  • in your description of this vid, i think by "roll? you mean "rotate"

    just fyi!!

  • No, I mean the takeoff roll. It's just an expression. Sometimes if you tarry too long, tower will ask if you are "rolling" or not, meaning, are you intending to take off.

  • where was the flight to?

  • LAX

  • what airport is phx

  • Phoenix, AZ

  • I flew southwest over the summer break. WOW!

  • I don't know why people are so enthusiastic about Southwest. The jets are loud, there is no inflight entertainment, and our plane almost overshot the runway when landing at SNA one time which was really scary. US Airways offers flights at the same price but the experience is better. I go to ASU and the flights from PHX to SNA are sometimes even cheaper on US Airways, which is a completely better airline, including 1 checked bag, . Airbuses are so much more comfortable.

  • im going on a southwast plane form az to ny this sunday!! and i jluvvv the plane ride with the snakcs and hte drinks and the naps and the oging int he air! idk im a weird person :P

  • my only reccomendation for southwest is to get some in flight entertainment

  • I'm strictly xjet,Delta, and of course southwest...here in Phoenix southwest is all you see;)in ky where I'm from you see a lot of delta and xjet:))

  • But if all airlines only used 737s or only 747s, they would not make a profit either. I think the 767 is great for some international flights and heavy domestic or transcontinental routes

  • Yeah my one brother only flies Southwest too. If I wanna choose, I usually only like to fly Southwest too.

  • No they don't, the 737-300 that was going To Baltimore that got the hole in it was a very rare occurrence. And it didn't even have the hole in it before it took off.

  • Southwest has the biggest fleet of 737's than any other airline because that's the only type of plane they fly. They're 737's range from the -300, the -500, and the -700. Southwest is actually pretty smart with their professional pilots, they're good service, and they're actually smart to only use one type of plane.
