This Crochet lesson will be how to make a Crocodile / scale / lettuce stitch shawl. It is rated as intermediate project. This project would look great in self stripeing yarn

  • I'm somewhat of a "newbie", and I love the way you explain a stitch I have wanted to learn for a long time. My question is; how do decrease the number of scales on a row, so you could eventually work a square?

  • @sesteadman I dont know how to make a decrease but I know that tjw1963 has a video for the square shape :)

  • Hi there, I am a long time crocheter, crochetyer, cro.....I love yarn lol...anyways I love this tutorial, and I am also a Nail Tech and couldn't help but fall in love with the fact that your nails match your yarn too!
