Mike Rawlins, Trainer and Co-Owner of TEAM CTF, is shown here doing one of our many 'finishers' to end the workout. This circuit includes -ALTERNATE HAMMER SLAMS (20LB) into -TIRE FLIPS x 4 into ELEVATED GLUTE HAM'S x 12.. a great circuit to improve overall muscular conditioning, as well as strengthening the posterior chain.
