pretty much the system saying there was a fault either in programming or sensors and it stops the trains in the nearest blocks and holds dispatch

i still think the RTL is my favorite light to see flashing haha

@slipknotmaggott666 Others do, it just depends on how the park has the control system programmed. I can only speak from experience working at the Georgia park, there they pretty much all flashed like that during a startup (because most control panels did not have lamp test buttons).

@fyadcorp there is a lamp test button yah but when operating in run mode after powering up ive only seen B&M's have flshing panels like this

@slipknotmaggott666 A lot of coasters do that when you start them up. It's a lamp test so the operators can see if any of the bulbs are out.
