PADI sanctioned two-dive specialty certification preceded with one hour lecture. Check out www.aqua.com for tickets to the National Baltimore Aquarium; check out www.atlanticedge.com for the certification; The Aquarium sends out invitation at least once a year for those who got certified to volunteer as divers for the aquarium.
@piemanno You don't need a special certificate, I dove in the Disney World aquarium without one. However, you can get your PADI aquarium specialty rating after you successfully complete two dives at the Baltimore Aquarium.

@piemanno I think I was answering Ay99's comment. I dont know anything about aquarium diving, but thank you for the information. :)

I don't want to sound condescending but I am a Three Star Diver, which is the highest rank of recreational divers and lowest of commercial, and by what I learnt diving in an aquarium requires a special certificate. But it may be different in other places....

yes, but not recommended. usually you have to pass a swimming and floating test before they teach you. If they dont do this, go to a more reputable place to learn.

Are you allowed to dive but not certified (or not a good swimmer)?
