@negroallstar That's true, and I do see why Albert was upset about the 3-4, he's better as a 4-3 DT, and I wasn't crazy about changing to a 3-4. Despite the Redskins season records, before the past season, from 2000-2009 they were top 10 in 8 out 10 of those seasons, if it ain't broke don't fix it. And yes what Shanahan did to Al with the whole conditioning test was ridiculous. Both guys were wrong in some areas.

Part of the problem was Shanahan.

Before Shanahan came in the Redskins Defense was a top 5 defense. Can't remember their exact ranking it was def top 5. Shanahan used Haynesworth wrong. That is a fact. Shanahan also embarrassed the hell out Albert before the season started.

With that said, Albert Haynesworth reacted horribly, HORRIBLY, to the situation in DC.

He didn't know how to correctly voice his concerns. He came off as a sullen teenager, making it hard to support him.
