  • This is a "green" home? What a load of BS. Where are the water tanks, where is the grey water recycling, where are the solar panels? There are no eaves to protect from sun in summer, there are no curtains to keep in the heat in winter. Its basically just a box that would be stifling or freezing, take your pick and you would need to be constantly running air con to keep it temperate. Sustainable house? I think not.

  • Too bad if you can afford to live there you might have to fear for your safety. If they would've shown what the neighboring homes looked they're not exactly affluent.

    But I like what they built, just not the location.
