This is hilarious because people are slacking and some are REALLY pushing it. Also I know this was the last couple minutes of our 15 minute workout...haha I LOVE YOU GUYS!
Keep at it. I see way to many people taking breaks in between each excercise. Follow up that workout with a 1.5 mile run, try to make it in under 11 minutes.
is this an extracurricular class for epileptics?
