Illuminaqua USED to be free - now they charge $28 per ticket for most of the performances (Ashley MacIsaac, Steven Page, etc.). Pricey for a city that has no employment left.

Thanks for the comment.. I wasn't allowed to film the bands that night unfortunately which I was hoping to load up here on the tube.. lol!

This is on the Welland Canal in Welland, Ontario Canada which is west of Niagara Falls..The locks on the canal are where the ships and barges go through to the other Great Lakes.

Yes.. and it has been a FREE outdoor concert and runs throughout the summer months. They have concluded for the season now. They get so many people in attendance that they may have to start charging a fee of some kind I am told to handle all the variables ..

I couldn't post the band but I wanted to show the cool stage on the water and the lighted fires. It's awesome to go to this event.. Every other Friday throughout the summer months.. Thanks for posting CJ! :)
