Yes, that is one of the times Elvis didn't wear his sunglasses.
Most people think he wore them to be cool.
In fact he had glaucoma and had some cool glasses made up, which is why in later years even in normal daylight he would squint without his glasses and even wore them at night because of the bright lights.
He had glaucoma drops he took everyday, you can make them out in the bathroom photo next to his basin online along with Alkaselzer, Brut Faberge and Crest.
