Ingredients:
10 strips of 1 inch thick bacon
1 KG of Ground Pork
3 pieces of rindless bacon (for cripsy bacon pieces)
BBQ sauce
Pork Rub seasoning (use anything you want) - I used
- Smokey Paprika
- BBQ Smokey seasoning
- BBQ seasoning
- Italian seasoning

Should've covered it in tin foil to avoid the insane amount of burnt bacon. Amateur mistake.

If someone made this can you tell me if the bacon is just dark from the sauce and sugar or is it burnt. I love bacon, but that much burnt bacon will not be so good.
