I'm really surprised you use the full name of doctors, etc. when you are talking about treatment you disliked. Aren't you risking a slander suit?

Very well informed and spoken. I too use the term "Ism" and "nervous breakdown" therapy works if you work it. My problem was I did it late in life and when I did change dramatically, I was mocked and slandered. I am now a hermit and have taken myself out of the world by choice.Yes, agree, most Behaviorists are worker ants who read from the same script and I got real lucky with my therapist. She is the same age and told me to share my talents and gifts.
