  • tbh, i prefer a body type like this. not the one that seems as if they're about to explode...

  • god daum

  • everything about Arnold was just what that era needed, he had the personality, character, looks, body, energy, charisma lol i mean if he hadn't been in any movie and made the success he's had, it would had been and outrage.

  • he has a unique posing style... thats y judges loved him so much

  • I love how old school bodybuilders don't have that big gut problem like today. Hgh completely ruins your waistline, something the greatest bodybuilders had to give them that classic and such an artistic body shape. Ronnie Coleman, Paco bautisita ect have the worst waistlines ever! Paco has no symmetry and his body shape is straight like a ruler. No small waist. I'd say Frank McGrath has the best physique for a modern BB.

  • @RocksBodybuilding NOPE!

Anyway...I love them both and both have served as tremendous inspirations to me.

    Peace.

  • @BrickhouseB2 No way Arnold's triceps were better. His forearms weren't yea you're right, but he had better tri's than Mike.

  • @RocksBodybuilding Nope. You're wrong. Arnie had better biceps (not triceps or forearms) than Mike. And he had better pecs.

That said, his proportions were way off and nowhere near as perfect as Mike's.

And, yes...I'm talking about at the 1980 Mr. Olympia. Which, you may have noticed, is what this is a video of.

  • @BrickhouseB2 During what? One night? Hardly... Arnold beat Mike in every bodypart pretty much.

  • @leetbean Dude, his leg's didn't fit perfect. Not in 75 and 80. His legs weren't small, but they could have used more size to be in perfect proportion with his upper body.
