John Denver really should have been invited to participate in "We are the world". He did more for world hunger and other worldwide causes than Michael Jackson even dreamed of.

The man, the guitar, and the voice. JD had the pipes. My family watched the Adventures of Jacques Cousteau and the episode with JD. If theres a song that captures the
spirit of the sea, this song does. RIP JD and J Cousteau.

Dang,I'm counting the days 4 this release. I saw the original(live) concert on a hot nite on Aus tv in Dec1977,as a wee 10 yr old ,& I seem to recall the original concert(as aired) was longer-at least 2 hrs. I recall the audience kept standing & demanding encore after encore until his voice gave out. I know my sister said,"Gee they're greedy.Can't they see he's exhausted?" Finally he said,"that's it folks,that's all you're getting!" He was so gracious.That was a happy summer for me. Good times

The European (and Australian) version of the DVD has the complete full Australian show, minus the song "Today", as it was bad on the master tape.
