@DoubleCresentFilms back kick is the counter, sliding back is to adjust the correct distance for the back kick

If you google him, it turns out that he does training for Korean special forces. "As a special agent during his military service, he developed tactical combat methods for hand-to-hand and hand-to-weapon combat for covert operatives." This guy is no joke! :)

at the start i see only some mistakes, he's got his hands down, his back is exposed, he's moving too slow
