surrey apartment fire

Stubborn Fire in surrey apartment building, started on the 3rd floor moved up and eventually into the attic then after burning debris fell on to the second floor the fire spread to the second floor.
at about 6 min they suspend exterior operations and sent a crew to hit it from the inside but flames quickly shot back up and they pulled the interior crew and hit again from the outside.
this fire burnt from about 4am to about 5pm, the footage here is from about 8am - 930am feb 20
