@rioaguanegra Yokohama Geolandar A/T-s all round. Size 205/80 R16 on the original steel rims. The springs are parabolic all round - hence the higher ride height. I sourced them from UK supplier Paddocks. I've since been told that Rocky Mountain parabolics would have been a better choice. I guess I'll never know now.....

Nice. I have a 1973 left-hand petrol I'm getting ready to tackle. What size tyres do you have installed and are the rear springs Rover or they another brand?

@cmaddis52 Ross on Wye, quite close! do you ever take yours to the 3 counties show? i wanted to for a while but took mine to Monmouth instead for a small show. it was a cold day there! my Land rover has got a heater but its a bit.....old land rover. not like you series 3 with the redesigned one! you can see the series 1 on my channel, cheers.
dave.
Just over £4K in parts, nearly 300 hours labour....

@222world Well done on the restoration of your series 1 - pretty impressive for someone who's 14. My series 3 can be seen daily around Ross on Wye.

Thanks. Good luck with your own restoration - I'm sure it will be quicker than mine! Let me know how you get on.

Thanks Hollypolydog. Glad you enjoyed my vid. I had a look at yours - Wow! Quite a beast - the V8 sounds great. I'm sure you'll have a lot of fun with it.
