I love completos, but I hate that place, is horrible the bread and the mayonnaise.

Charquican is a special plate, because in the preparation you've to cook potatoes, pumkin, corn, carrots and peas with little water. You mix this with a base of onions, meat and chili previously cutted very tiny and fried. Is perfect for winter.

Chile seems to be a very nice country, the people looks friendly, amazing places, and good food. Right now, I'm living in United States, I'm gonna go to Chile on January 31 and I can't wait. All my family lives there because SOY CHILENO!
