I avoid the interstates whenever I can. A 750cc bike should handle highways fine. Since you don't have a windscreen, riding at highway speed will get tiring really fast though. :D

I think 90 is about mid 3rd gear for me on the FZ6...that is if I got WOT. That is why I dont think I will ever need anything bigger than a 600cc bike. Way more power than I will ever use.

Yep, I had a 750cc on the interstate many of times; they are perfect for the interstate. I had a Kawasaki Vulcan 750. I also ran a Yamaha Virago 250cc on the interstate a few times. It will push up to 70-75mph, but you feel like you could drag your knuckles b/c you are soo low to the ground.

Although my Strom handles the freeway quite well, even with dual sport tires, I only use it when I have to. Nice vid!

Glock I have the old KZ750 LTD and I have found that the 750 cc motors are plenty large inof for the interstate as long as they are geared well . I have had mine up to 90 and had plenty of throttle left but I did not have my tires balanced so she was just shaking like crazy . Nice bike !
I couldn't imagine that bike having a hard time on the interstate. I am not a fan of the highways either. Cagers tend to zone out more, and the scenery is boring. My bike won't go 90, though! LOL

@lauriejennifer You need to upgrade LJ. Since you've bored the cylinders over I'll wait till next season to harp on you to upgrade! Lol!
