I met Michael Gurian many years ago and found him to be a true craftsman and an artist. His love of the materials used in the construction of these instruments was evident as he walked around his small warehouse of exotic woods with me, showing and explaining as we went, helping me to select woods to be used in making a mountain dulcimer. He hand picked his best pieces for me and it made a great instrument which I still have. Your guitar sounds great! I can say that I've seen where it was made!
