The cucumber side dish is a very healthy, low-fat addition to your meal. It is flavorful but packs on very little calories and next to no grams of fat. (It's good if you want to lose weight!) The porridge is low-fat as well, and the barbary wolfberry promotes good eyesight. Overall, these side dishes are very nutritious and delicious at the same time.
