Only Cabot House surrounds the Quad from every side
The yard but with no tourists, here we live on Cloud 9

Three minutes from a Starbucks and a BerryLine
Our distance from the Square is something you won't even mind
If you want to, you can live in singles every year
And there aren't better common spaces anywhere than here
So even if you're saying that you don't want to get Quadded
You'll realize Cabot's awesome, now let's get this party started!
