this looks good exept about two nights ago i was eating at the melting pot[an all fondu resturaunt] because my grandmother was in town and we choose swiss as our entre and eather it was to strong or the wine hadnt been cooked out.
what i do is i use asiago, smoked gouda, colby&baby bell as my cheeses and i also this really nice deli meat and sauteed mushrooms and i fry potatoes. today i wanted to try brie but then forgot to get it... :(
with it i eat a bowl of oatmeal or cereal and milk its awsome
Thank you! This is the first reasonable comment I've read and very true at that. That omelette is probably very rich and creamy. Cooked too much and it would get too solid and even rubbery.
I can understand if someone wants to advocate eating certain kind of foods, but I didn't care for that tone either. So they inject it with a solution at the market. It's tasty and next door and affordable. Of course it'd be better if I cut it fresh off the pig but it's also impractical.
Gruyere is the greatest cheese I've ever had, insanely flavorful, but that's part of the problem -- putting it on an omelette is like hanging a chandelier in a Winnebago. Save it for something fancy.
if you put a tiny bit curry on the ham you enhance the flavor

western omelet cooking method. French omelet presentation. Nice fluffy omelet with moist interior, but I think the colour is a bit too dark.
