Brisbane River as seen from The Story Bridge - Part A

2011-01-12 Wednesday morning.

I went for a walk up to The Story Bridge to have a look at the level of the Brisbane River and brought my camera along.

Unfortunately my spare batteries must have been sitting on the shelf for too long.

I'll go up to the bridge later today at high tide (2:16pm according to willyweather.com.au) with a couple of sets of fresh batteries.

If you don't like the commentary, simply mute the video.The rushing, whooshing noise in the background is the road traffic on the bridge - still rather busy even if most of the CBD is shut down.

i hate to see boats going to waste. Especially that old sailboat which is definitely a classic. sure hope they get salvaged downstream.
