One thing I do not understand at all about the interpretations of the Hejob in the streets of every city of Iran. The government (Mullahs in charge) & the local thugs. As far as the eye can see in the public areas all of the women are covered their naked skin from head to toe. So why is it that the thugs harassing and manipulating the people in the street and telling them what they have is not Hejob? So please enlighten me Mullah's and tell me what does the correct way to have Hejob?

I have met some Iranian people..One keeps my motorbike on the road..They are friendly and polite..And the guy who does my bike has a wicked sense of humor!!
