This is also the earlier version of the piece in the WTC. Is this right?

Yes you're right, I forgot to mention it in the video description ;-)
Actually there's also a prelude (i.e. Praeambulum BWV 872a) to this Fughetta, but I don't have the sheet music for it.

This instrument has the most interesting and beautiful sound. Are these instruments harder to keep in tune than other harpsichords? Do you have any recordings on Swedish clavichords? I have read of some that had a compass of 6 octaves, and that were 7 feet in length! Dying to hear one of them!

To be honest, I'm not an expert in old instruments. I know that there aren't any original lute-harpsichords anymore, so for this recording they used a reconstrution by Keith Hill in 1995. It has gut strings than metal ones (compared to the harpsichord).
And no, unfortunately I don't have any recordings on swedish clavichords.
