Microsft thinks they own the internet. So they are charging people money to play online. So why pay for something you already have. So if everybody stops paying for xbox live microsoft will make it xbox live FREE. COPY AND PASTE IF YOU SUPPORT THIS ADD

I said per month(7.50), not per year. If you pay per month it costs more. 7.50*3*12 = 270. That's how I got 270. But who cares? As soon as iptv comes out it will be an ancient technology.

oh well xbox live is 50 a year and you said 3 times as much so 50 divided by 12 is 4.16 a month so 4.16 x 3 (as you said 3 times more a month)12.48 so 12.48 x 12 is 149.76 which is rounded up to 150 but I still don't understand how you got 270. Explain please. Thanks

I said...3x as much per month, that's 22.5 a month, 270 a year. At least. I wouldn't rush it though till the FCC allows us to have faster regulated internet speeds. In the beginning you're going to be paying for crap service.

yeah xbox live is 50 dollars a year and you said 3 times as much as live? so like 150 a year? thats great plus my skype which is 36 a year plus 60 so 96? and internet which is 30 a month and a year is 360 so lets add all of it 360+96+150=606 thats 400 dollars less than what I am paying yearly now!!!! HS hurry with this I can save alot of money I dont have skype yet but I will soon

Of course, with the 360 being as cheap as it was you should be expected to pay at least 3x live per month. Since this will probably not come out until the industry allows faster data transfer technology I wouldn't worry about it. Something better will be out by then.
