How old is too old to have this surgery, I am 19 but I am thinking of doing it when I am done with college. Will the results be the same or should I just do it as early as possible.

docs in the US dont like doing after 20ish so i suggest seeing a doc immediattly...i think in europe they like you older but thats dumb. when your younger ur bones are more bendable then wen ur old...results are better the sooner you do it. im about to star college this year and i still have mine in

hi blake did your chest affect you in sexual relationships? did you loose your virginity before the operation?

K 1st off, the pain for everyone will be different, I would highly recommend using a PCA instead of an epidural, the pain isn't really the problem for me, it was just uncomfortable as hell. Your breathing feels restricted and you feel claustrophobic at times, but for me this passed in a few days.

Wow, that pectus is almost identical to mine! :O How much would you rate the pain after surgery on a scale from 1-10? Could you tell that the bar was in there just from soaring and stuff? I'm scared as hell of my surgery lol. Well eventually, cos i haven't decided to make it yet. Also, are you satisfied today with your chest?

i have the same thing except y chest pushes out instead of in and i cant go swimming cause when i see all the other men take off there shirts and i see there pecsi get self concois but im not gay and i really dont want to be made fun of for haveing this chest problem

Mines is about the same as yours. How old were you when you had the surgery? Did you say eighteen years old? Did you get the nuss procedure done on your chest or some other procedure? Did insurance cover all the cost of the surgery? By the way, I am 25 years old and I am thin like you and your body does not look bad.
