Cocktails wizard, Jim Wrigley astounds the ever watchful Charlie MacLean with his dexterity and single malt knowledge as he whips up "The Mosquito"....the single malt version of a mojito. It all takes place in the lush surrounding of the Albannach just off Trafalgar Square in beautiful downtown London.

i enjoy these series so much. this is like a summit conference of maltmasters. and indeed, one can only marvel about the inside knowledge of jim about all the spirits...he is a very nosey guy i guess ;) since he seems to be able to remind whiskeys by their scent!
