When wrapping a knee using athletic tape, it is important to first apply a thin layer of pre-wrap to protect the skin from the sticky side of the tape. Protect a hurt knee by wrapping it securely with help from a certified health and safety instructor in this free video on treating injuries.

  • Hopefully this is an example of the WRONG way to tape a knee! To others who view this procedure, please DO NOT think this is accurate. Never wrap the WHOLE KNEE LIKE THIS. It offers no support and could lead to injury and stress blisters.(if the patient could even stand to walk on it) Sheesh...

  • Using the word victim sounds a little strange. I would use patient or client.

  • I liked when she said "adheses"!

  • Holy fuck lady! if that kid is YOURS --- someone needs to call the cops!

FAT BITCH! Victim indeed! Big fucking words from a dumb greaseball!

  • she sucks she didn't even wrap it right.

  • That is absolutely not the right way to wrap a knee. Just by looking at it, it is very tight. It looks like it is going to cause circulation problem later when you leave it like that. I agree with noharm, the word "victim" is a strange word to use. We call them "client" or patient in ER.

  • this bitch has no idea what the fuck shes doing

  • Ok, nice way of TEMPORARILY stabilizing an injured knee, but this in NO WAY should be used for long-term support and definitely NOT for sports. This method should ONLY be used to stabilize the injury until medical attention is received.

  • Absolutely WRONG! I would think its common knowledge to not cover the whole thing! eHow - please do some more research and redo this video. I hope no one who has watched this video has actually taped a knee this way! You would be causing more damage then good!

  • This is a horrific strapping! the strapping should not cover the patella and restrict all of the movement, this gives no support to the muscles or the ligaments at the knee.. useless

  • @Susanistheway1 I agree the lady is way wrong with choice of tape and how she applied it .
