http://www.veeam.com/vmware-esx-backup.html This short video demonstrates why Veeam Backup and Replication is #1 VMware Backup (In Innovation, Customer Satisfaction and Value).
New Veeam Backup & Replication 4.0 is an evolution of the proven Veeam FastSCP engine, providing you unmatched reliability verified by more than 60,000 VMware professionals who have been using it over the last three years.
As a result of ongoing research and development efforts, and in response to customer feedback, version 4.0 includes a markedly expanded range of features and enhancements, most not available from any other vendor: * Native vSphere and vStorage support
•Native support for thin-provisioned disks - faster full VM backups and restores
•ESX4 changed block tracking for lightning-fast incremental backup
•Support for new vStorage API while still offering support for VCB
•Support for virtual applications (vApp) * Enterprise management
•Centralized backup - decentralized restore
•Manage backups by administrative, business and security requirements
•Scale VMware backup infrastructure as virtual environment grows
•Centralized reporting for backup activity * Near-CDP replication at a fraction of the cost
•Leverage new vSphere ESX(i) capabilities for fastest replication cycles
•Failover to latest state and earlier point in time
•No requirement for open snapshots * and much more...
What about file properties? Veeam doesn't restore file properties, so when you restore an encrypted or hidden file, it gets restored into broad daylight.
Also, Veeam doesn't technically restore, it just copy/pastes. You have to spin up a new VM as a staging area, which means you need a lot of extra disk space to stage the data.
Blechhhhh.

I am demoing your product now. You should demo a mic. Nice product. Bad mic.

This short video demonstrates why purchasing a decent microphone makes your video either look like it was done professionally or was done by a child.
Please, get a decent microphone. Preferrably a boom mic close to your mouth, rather than the one on your webcam.
