What has happened to Sifu Hairston since he relased his 1st DVD? There was talk of a follow up DVD. There is no current info on him. It's like he's dropped out of site. :(

just by watching i can tell your fa qing is very strong. also is your structure. i am learning sun style hsing yi. not nearly as expanded as taiji but i lack the patience as yet, that is required to learn.

remember this, shifting your body before you launch your punch is very dangerous if your not use to punching... shifting your body will deal a lot more power and force straining your wrist, so its best to make sure that you do push ups on your fists and rotate your wrists this exercise may not sound right but it works.
or you can use those boxing bandages and wrap it around your wrists, so while punching it will prevent your wrists from bending to a point where it breaks if use too much force.
