Birpur Camp, run by government administration, is situated in Indo-Nepal border area in Supaul district, Bihar, India. Videos were taken in second week of October 2008 and Flood occurred on 18th August 2008's night. Flood victims are saying that government administration is interested & busy to fill documents and reports to show lots of relief works in papers. Doctor gives only two same open pills in any type of disease.

Live documentary is made by Vivek Umrao Glendenning. He spent about 8 weeks in remote & highly flooded areas of 6 different flood suffered district in North Bihar in months of September, October and November 2008.
